I posted a thread about kidnap roleplay which was asking for advice , as far as I can see it broke no forum rules and there was no arguments but has been removed. Could someone tell me why as I don't understand why its been removed yet discussions about dogging and taking steroids which are illegal activities remain ? |

Remember anyone who fails to understand the idea of consensual and legal fantasy play is actually just admitting to the world they are either ignorant or unable to control themselves. Sad really. |

I don't know the answer.. We have fasntasies that at be taboo
...no are taboo. If someone discussed killing people as a fantasy, or something equally horrible.. Should it be allowed?. All a matter of degree... We don't know where the line should be.. But guess anything illegal. |

Nothing in the post was illegal and the major theme of the chat was safety and consent. It was expressly clear that everything would be safe sane and consensual. I have looked through the forum rules and it broke none of them. The issue seems to be that certain threads are removed purely because a mod doesn't like them or understand the content fully. I'm not having a go at the mods and not looking to recieve a ban though expect I will !!! But it clearly states nothing illegal yet dogging is illegal so is taking steroids yet they remain active topics. Also there are numerous threads of flashing lorry drivers and delivery drivers yet indecent exposure is a criminal offence so why have they not been removed ? It would be nice to hear from admin or mods as to why certain threads do get removed and others remain purely for the sake or clarity. |

Dogging is illegal if someone makes a complaint then it comes under outraging public decency. So effectively it's legal if it only involves consenting parties. Exactly the same as a kidnap senario which if involved consenting parties would be equally as legal. Yet was removed ? |

Don't think it matters that it's consenting participants, it's the subject.. And kidnapping is definitely an offence. |
