"Would it be possible to search meets based on the gender the poster is looking for?
At present can only search on gender of poster and they may not be looking for your gender.

You can?
All i can see is how a section 'show posts by' - which only shows adverts posted by the specified gender and not adverts looking for the specified gender.
Mind you I am on the mobile app so may be different on desktop?

that's how I do my searches lots of options to tick "

Was just trying to save looking through all the meet events for those elusive few seeking a male  |

I agree I had this same issue last week. You can search by poster but not which gender/profile type they're looking for. Would be much easier  |

Agree this would be really helpful. I tend to browse local meets (NW for me), looking for posts by ladies or couples. But 80% - at least - of the results are only looking for other ladies and couples. Would be nice to be able to find those who were open to single guys joining them.
And it shouldn't be a big job technically, as this is something explicitly stated in all the meets posted.

Agree this would be really helpful. I tend to browse local meets (NW for me), looking for posts by ladies or couples. But 80% - at least - of the results are only looking for other ladies and couples. Would be nice to be able to find those who were open to single guys joining them.
And it shouldn't be a big job technically, as this is something explicitly stated in all the meets posted.

With you now I just use the search not the "Meets and Events" found it to hard not even ways too narrow down the search. |

And that's why people (women) get swamped by email when they log in, even if it's just to check mail, go on forums etc.
I admit I do use the search more, to find compatible fabsters, and hope we can arrange something.
The few times I have put up a meet, have been fruitless. |
