a quandary, could you change my mind?

I have a look every so often at the introduction part of the forums, however I don't tend to see many introductions its full of people asking for 'profile critique' is there a way a new sub section could be implemented?

Thats where Admin have told mods to put them...it used to have introduction and profile help on the header
