How do you upload public pics on the site?

Can you do it from the mobile?

Yes.. click your photos and the link is at the top of the page

I don't mean upload on my profile but upload onto

You cam only upload pics onto your profile, you will get the choice to make them public friends or private if you click public then they will appear on the new public pics
