Blocked from sending messages

We currently can't send or reply to any messages. Just have a red notice saying we are blocked.
Any idea why this would have happened or how to get rid of it? The only thing I've been able to find on here is sending a link in a message that we have not done. Are there any other reasons that this might have happened to us? |

Message blocks are usually because you mentioned a web site or some illegal act.
It can sometimes make a mistake, if you put something with a .com after a word, looks like a web address.
You should be told in the message how long the block is for, but if you think it is wrong there is a contact button bottom of the page, ask Admin but they normally take upto 48 hours to get round to your message and your ban could be over before then. |

It is when you report a profile that it can Admin take up to 48 hours to deal with it. The contact button is different again, although you may not get an answer depends on what you are asking.
To your question, it could be just a trigger word that Admin don't want on the site that has triggered the block, it normally lifts after 2 hours
