Photo approval

I can understand photos getting approved that maybe show people other than the profile owner, but its becoming common to see ones on profiles that do not have anyone in them, one couples profile had at least ten photos that were actually advertisements for beds, how on earth do these get passed?

Can you please report these so we can review

Many tens of thousands of photos are reviewed daily. As in any human process mistakes happen
