Have you shared an internet connection with the person you are verifying/being verified by? If so, then it won't show up.
Does the person you are verifying have age/gender filters set to exclude you? [or vice versa]? If so, then it won't show up.
Remove filters, re-send the verification [using separate internet access] - and see if it shows up this time.
Otherwise, use the 'CONTACT' facility to notify Admin of the problem. [Bottom of every page, really small print]
