I posted this in the site help forums but have so far not recieved any help. In the chat room, if we get several pm's, the top of the pm box goes to the top of the chatroom screen and we are unable to move it or close it down, we are using ie 9 and the latest active x etc, is this common? is there a fix please.
havent been in the chat in awhile but we were gettin the same,,and the chat box would sometimes disappear,,then suddenly pop back up,,we are on ie8/and safari
