Does Site admin give feedback to members if they have contacted them with a problem?
Do they act on what we say/request etc and just not inform members of the outcome?
I have contacted them 3 times now with the same problem and have received no feedback so im not sure if they have even received my messages. If they have, it would be reasonable to expect some sort of response, would it not? |

usually they look into whatever you have to say and take action where needed, but they dont think they can reply to every person who contacted them, but they always listen and act accordingly. Well thats what I have found anyway. |

thanks so much kitten my problem was that i had written to them 3 times and even though it appeared they had taken the action i wanted them too it would have been nice to know that was the case.... |
