How do you report a user when admin have blocked you both from each other?

From the blue menu to the left of the profile or from a mail.

Yeah the blue report button and private notes button will still be there

No this doesn't work due to if you have both been blocked from each other due to a previous report, their profile doesn't come up in search so no access to the report button.

Instead I could only do it from a forum post but that doesn't help if people don't post in the forums.
