Status name shaming?

Just curious, is it allowed to name and shame profiles on status's?

Not planning to myself as I just use the report option but I see the same couple and the guy from this couple who has a solo profile also name and shame profiles weekly

reporting it doesn't always help either

No it's not allowed. If you see profiles making and shaming you should report it and admin will remove it
