Can we not have the 6 Northern Ireland counties listed in the Ireland section of the site? Trying to set a meet and have to change region just when crossing the border. |

Fully agree with this. Also it's frustrating with the distance setting as it gives so many people from over the water which is a total pointless exercise for meets. If we had all counties under one umbrella which could exclude the rest of UK for search it would be a massive enhancement and help for this of us in the UK but are in Ireland ( ). |

You think Ireland is bad....
Try working out where someone in "East Midlands " is.
It's about time Admin sorted the area search out properly - by Counties rather than pissing about with the colour of a sodding dot  |

It will be the same problem for anyone near a 'fab region ' border. Why not just use a radius like they have already in search?? |

Nothing to do with being near a border.
"East Midlands " lumps everyone in from just north of London up past Derby and beyond.
Since when is Norfolk east mids for example? |

It will be the same problem for anyone near a 'fab region ' border. Why not just use a radius like they have already in search??"
I do and get people from Isle if Man a Liverpool before 40% of the North of Ireland...and none from even just over the border in the south..  |

Well , in my opinion and other people we have chatted to, being near a border definitely exaggerates problem. We are right on the very northern edge of east midlands in Sheffield. So a EM meet search comes up with a vast area of many pointless hits. But meets that are 10 miles up the road in 'north east' (Barnsley) don't show up. To see those, we select 'north east' , then of course we see results for Newcastle etc as well.
Just a radius type search would be much better, and already exists for searching for other memebers profiles. |

You already can do a radius search on here.
Admin however really do need to sort out the area definitions.
It's not really acceptable for it not to be counties. |
