Tracking posts you have left

I belong to another site (non-sexual) where any posts you leave are listed on your home page. This makes it very easy to see what topics/forums you are involved with, rather than looking in a column to see which ones you can remember? A link from your home page then takes you straight to the relevant forum and post. What do ppl think?

When on forums there's a link at left hand side which says "view recent threads you've posted to"
