Sometime betweeen 12.15 and 12.30 this lunchtime we'll be swapping the webserver out that has been causing problems. The site will be down for around 5 mins while that happens.

We had to roll back to an old server at lunchtime (so back to some problems but less bad than on the new server); we think we have now fixed the new server so we'll be rolling forwards again some point (possily soon).

Ok we've flipped back to the new (hopefully fixed) server so the site went offline for a few minutes.

Apologies for all the problems, this has been a real headache to trace down and resolve (turned out to be network drivers dropping packets).

We'll monitor now and we'll be adding time to all passes (on which we'll provide a further update).
