Advice please. Is their any trouble the cams in chat. Myself and my wife each have an account. When I'm away I like watching her on cam but all it's doing is grey screen but I can view all other cams |

Sounds like an issue her end. We use the tried and tested process of turn the cam off and back on again. It's an IT issue and I think that solves everything in IT land |
