Following the idea of Fabing other things than just pics....
What about Fabing posts on Forum 
That way people wouldn't have to post a  or say 'agree with above' etc... They would Fab the posts they like |

A like/fab button would be good. I often see a post I enjoy but don't want to add a comment on the thread as it just doesn't add anything. But at the click of the button you could just show your appreciation of a good point well made, or something funny.
However, I do think it could get competitive as to whose comments get the most likes/fabs.
