It looks like this problem is resolved but we're continuing to monitor the situation.
We believe the problem was caused by a config change we'd made to the image server to try and resolve another issue with problems at peak load.
The images were affected for 20-30 minutes. We've now added a full hour to all site supporter passes to make good and apologise.
