Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue or I need to contact my phone provider? Text for a silver support as usual (pin arrives in seconds) but haven't heard anything as of yet. Runs out in a few days and would be nice to get sorted while I can |

Has the pin arrived ? Your post mentioned it arrived in seconds, if so you need to input that code into site supporters page |

Which network and which phone? I ask as o2 have a app on android and iPhone that keeps tabs on your messaging and if you've been charged. There's a possibility that the message is in transit and hasn't made it to the destination yet |

From previous attempts the pin would arrive within seconds. This time however I've not yet received a pin, will be charged twice as Im an impatient arse and haven't heard back from administration yet nearly 24hours later |
