Every day there is a growing number of people asking for advice and how to make there profile better.
On another thread, another fabber used the words "Profile Clinic" referring to where people end up when needing such advice.
I think this would be a great Forum name.. Would love to hear what admin think?

I think this would be a good idea too, but it'd be even more effective if those seeking advice would read that already given to others before posting, as the advice is so often the same for so many |

"Most are not really looking for advice just a bit of attention so don't think it would be used/change anything"
I agree. Ironic how 99% of the times people asking for advice is men.
But I agree with you.. indirectly its people seeking attention.. the 'look at me hoping I could get a meet' approach |

Well I'm not surprised that the great majority are men asking for advice, given the gender ratios on the site.
Sadly I think you're right about the preponderance of attention seeking.
It's why I would also advocate a "sticky" thread, permanently visible at the top of the (profile clinic) message board giving generic advice on profile creation, to which the great majority of "advice" seekers could be directed..
It might help reduce the flow of identical threads...
