Forum list showing latest thread again

We've made the performance fix behind the scenes and the main forum listing page now shows the latest thread post as before.

We had to remove this in its previous incarnation because it was placing more load on the servers than we wanted and we needed to rework it. Sorry it took so long!

Any problems let us know.
