Fake suggestion

Why not charge everyone to join the site as there are so many Fakes and Fake profiles on here that just waste decent peoples time.
We understand it must be a nightmare to police but surely making it a paying site would out the dodgy ones.
The site is growing so fast with everyone and there granny jumping onboard for free it makes it so much harder for the real decent people to communicate.

I'm a site supporter and i disagree.
There used to be fakes on a pay site I was on a few years back. What are you going to charge to make it unattractive to pay out? Think about the money some people are willing to spend on a porn collection or lapdancing and for some, they seek similar thrills off sites like this and are happy to pay for the privilege. |

You do get to uploads more pics and you get to dock extra cams but I'm an impoverished dog owner so I had to go for silver (world's smallest violin...) |

We never named or shamed anyone.
But we are the subject of attack from people that dont agree with us .
But everyone is entitled to an opinion.
After all it was just a suggestion.
and some people dont aggree but thats no cause for intimidation or Afghanistan whats that all about??

Actually I feel that you attacked me with the email you started and then your post. It is you who have tried to intimidate me into agreeing with you. I was the one posting - very politely - to your OP.
Your message to me before posting our emails was a clear threat, most unpleasant and totally out of tone with the site.
But your actions here speak for themselves so I shall not reply further. Admin will be in touch. |

ok, getting back on topic.....
this site, unlike some pay sites I could mention, gives its users numerous ways and means of showing that they are genuine.
Furthermore there are plenty of things you can do yourself to put your mind at rest as to whether someone is genuine or not - admitedly everone has their own methodology snd it takes a bit of trial and error to begin with to develop one, but fundamentally, if you are consistently being bothered by people you consider to be fakes then its as much up to you to figure out what it is you are doing wrong and deal with it as it is for the site owners to go on a witch hunt or fundamentally change the Fab ethos.
Fakes, timewasters, or whatever you want to call them are a fact of internet life everywhere and not just here and I can't see that changing - so it would ore sense to change your attitude towards them and find your own way of dealing with it than it would to try and change the world.

just to add to what I said above.
There's another smaller site that I'm a member of, and despite being a pay-site still has its fair share of fake profiles etc.
The difference is that as a pay-site, the site admin are far less inclined to ban fakes or discipline bad behaviour as they don't want to lose the revenue. There are several profiles on there that are well known to the site regulars as being less than genuine or just general bad eggs, but because they still continue to stump up the monthly fee the site owners don't do anything about it.
As the owners of Fab don't have that consideration to worry about, they have carte blanche to take very swift and decisive action against anyone found to be an undesirable element in any way shape or form - and they very often do.

Posting contents of private messages is not allowed on this forum
The clue is in the word private
To say that you hav'nt named and shamed is ridiculous as anyone reading this thread could see exactly who those messages were to and from and you yourself made that more than clear
This is a requirement to being allowed to post on here
I could see no "attack" only a difference of opinion and that is not an attack |

*******We don't have an exhaustive list of do's and don'ts because it would be exhausting to produce!
We do rely on a wee bit of common sense. I'm pretty sure most of us on here would be upset if private mails we sent got posted on a public forum. That's why it's not ok (and usually results in a permanent forum ban).
Please try to remember that the forums are meant to be a bit of light hearted fun not a place to air dirty laundry

Don't badmouth other members or "name and shame": If you have a problem with another member, block them and leave feedback using "Report Profile" link on their profile
Don't post phone numbers
Do not use the forum to try and contact people who have BLOCKED you
Don't promote commercial services or websites: Anyone spamming the forums will be removed from the site.
Can anyone explain please where it says it’s against site rules to post P.m.’s in a forum???
We wish we had never Posted anything as it was our first and most certainly our last Post ever on the forums as this is just getting out of hand.
A simple comment been made to look like a Mountain.

I will give you a wee bit of advice on using the forums for free
If you click on the green arrow next to a persons username (when they post in the forums), you can see the last 25 threads they have commented on or started (if they have got to 25 that is) so it's easy to see what a newbie to the forums first post actually was!

I've seen more fakes on pay sites then I have on here. Moaning about it and naming and shaming isn't going to help. It's the age of the internet where anyone can be who they want to.

If you read my post you will see it says it isn't in the set of rules as Admin says they don't want an exhaustive set of rules. |

OK lovely people that are trying to help us but we cant see it.
We Surrender and you nice people will never ever see us on the forums again.
We will just stick to chatting or whatever.
Please understand we are reasonable people and never thought a post would cause so much pain and aggro.
Surely some of you guys must have made mistakes when you first started posting.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused by us as it was never meant.

Admin do activly remove and block people from the site on a daily basis but they (in fairness to all) have to have proof that they have either broken rules or are fakes or otherwise not wanted on the site.
Just cos you and I may think someone is a fake doesn't mean they are.
I have seen people come in chat, fem profile, lovely pics so much so it's almost too good to be true. First thoughts were deff fakes but several weeks later we see them on can or even meet them in person.
If you think that some profiles are a certain fake, should be very easy to skip by them.

What if you know that a couple of profiles are not the people in the pictures there is a couple of profiles near Lincs who have loads of pics on profile but each picture is different males. With different size tackIe, one with one without skin have reported these 2 guys as I know of one to be vile rude and aggressive. I would hate anyone having a bad experience.
