how do I get admin to change my profile back to a single female as so far they have ignored me

Op, there is nothing in your profile text to suggest you are a couple, but do you meet with a partner, do your hidden veris suggest that, or did they when you showed them? Someone, somewhere must have reported you ... we have a couples profile on here and two single ones as we meet alone two, but we are careful to keep the profiles separate .... admin is quick to change single fem profiles to couples

If youve already contacted Admin then they will have reviewed your report and checked your profile. If they havent changed it then it looks like they think you have the correct one.

For things like this you need to contact Admin directly using the CONTACT link at the bottom of the page rather than asking them via the forums.
