Site is slow

I've been noticing recently the site is quite slow going from page to page and often timing out, has anyone else experienced this?

yeah, has been like this on and off for days. probably a lot of people using the site lately so the servers may be struggling.

Every now and again, but to be fair I'm not convinced its the site, more likely to be the load on my internet this end !
