Having quite a few people blocked on my blocked list .....sometimes when you meet them in a club you find they are ok and not as stupid as their profile makes them look.....can there be an easier way of unblock rather than trail through years of people??? I hasten to add mine is 8 years long lol

Use search in page on web browser or mobile browser. Easier than trawling

Not a fab menu option

On a PC use control F then type the name in the search box which pops up at the top right. You can use it for any lists.

Think it must depend on the way you have it set up never worked for me

One thing which I do with my block list is have a clear out of people who haven't been active on the site for months. So I tend to unblock those which have 6 months plus on not logging in.

Hope it helps reducing your quantity

Would be nice if they used a simple organisation filter...ie...Date/Alphabetical and if one could tag a note/reminder to each...easy to say why you blocked if need be. Almost most other sites have tidy ways to organise lists whether it be by user name/date/read or unread...etc. Would speed things up and make it much more user friendly.
