Spam emails mentioning Fab username

We've had a few reports of spam emails received by users over the past 24-48hrs.
The emails always contain the Fab username, however they're not always sent to the email address registered on Fab (of the emails we've seen, just under half were sent to another of the user's email addresses). They are definitely NOT from the Fab database since some of them contain data we don't hold.
We strongly suspect that the information has leaked from "remember this" in Chrome/Safari browsers. We've seen the same issue before in 2013, but this is the most widespread spam we've seen.
This can be leaked from malware/adware on your machine, or simply by visiting an "unfriendly" website which can hoover up the autofill data.
We're making changes to our login process so the username + email aren't so easily remembered by browsers since we believe it represents a spam risk to users.
We'd make the following recommendations:
* Never use autocomplete on sites, it's far to easy to be mis-used. If you have it turned on, turn it off and clear the data.
* Don't click through or sign up to "new" sites -- they are nearly always scams.
* If you receive spam, don't open it, don't follow links in it -- click the SPAM button in your email.
