havent recieved veris that have been written

even though i have message filters on..for everyone.. i have managed to veri people that i met on the weekend, at jaydees. however some veris apparently have been written for me, but i havent recieved them..
could you explain all the reasons why this might be the case..thanks xx
is it that i have my message filters on, or possibly something else..
and if they have been written, can i do anything to retrieve them now?..thank you x |

thankyou sweet. i appreciate the explanation..however, this does rather show up, whos on my friends list then..thats annoying 
if i friend them now, will i be able to receive the veris they have already written? |

You can hide your friends list via the 'privacy' page, so no-one need know who is on it. |

what i meant was if you have message filters on for everyone and the only people who can veri you even socially are ones youve added as friends..it makes sense that the only veris you can see, are by those on my friends list..right?
i dont want everyone as my friend, therefore, i shall have to go without the veris.. the only way out of a friend situation and my inbox, once they are in, is a block, which isn't always warranted. ....sigh...  |

"It's more if they are outside your age range. A friend on here on my list didn't receive my veri until I changed my age range. Hope that helps  "

hey my love, thank you for your input. if i thought that turning them all off for five minutes, to retrieve the veris i know were written, would work, then i would. However, people are telling me they would have to be rewritten..why isn't there a warning for the 'verifier'..that they cant verify, when they try for the first time...this might explain why people don't get verification's from certain people, not that they weren't written for them.this may lead to bad feelings, purely because they didnt know their message filters, would stop them from receiving them....i do think verification's should be separate to message filters... |

Rewritten! Ah it shouldn't be like that, if someone takes the time to write one, you should be able to accept it no matter what. Maybee admin have them sorted somewhere on the servers |
