Am I the only person who thinks a calendar on site would be handy to keep a track of when you have arranged a meet with someone where and when, As the meets page only gives you opportunity to look for meets x  |

Try google calender.
Set up a gmail email address, and then you can use the calender there.
If you want, you can sync it onto your phone too, dependant on what phone you have.
You can also sync the email and phone contacts to gmail too, again phone dependant.
