We've made a couple of minor changes to the newsfeed:
* on mobile we've improved the spacing so it's a little less cramped
* the green "online now" dot has changed blue, to differentiate more from other "green stuff" e.g. veri tick
* we now show a small verification tick next to statuses, photos, meets etc. on the newsfeed so you can see if that person is verified without having to click through to profile

I like it, I didn't mind the green dot for online status before but it's a nice feature.
Will you be adding a mini green flag in future to indicate photo verified people? I'm just kind of missing it.

What steps are you taking to stop the fakes getting on site would be my question , how about you cant see or message people until you are photo verified ? |

You've been asked on so many occasions now for the option to choose if you want to be seen "online".
Perhaps instead of doing things that haven't been asked for - you do the things you HAVE been asked for by the people who are paying to help keep this site online. |

Nice touches these instant signs are really helpful and could be extended to indicate other things
* we now show a small verification tick next to statuses, photos, meets etc. on the newsfeed so you can see if that person is verified without having to click through to profile

All changes for the better are good... Maybe also look at separating TG/TS from TV/CD, bit shocking really when one is a protected characteristic under UK law and the other a lifestyle choice... Feel sorry for these ladies and gents facing such discrimination that laws are in place to protect them, yet almost catogorised as a fetish here, so wrong... Also privacy, surely there's enough when you can't even see who's viewed you or continually viewing you, the hidden online status would probably be more apt as suggested above, hidden viewing is creepy... And I will say it again - mail threading pleeeease, so only one mail from each person is visible in your inbox (like every other site on the planet!!) and all the poor beleaguered single men don't drop off the bottom of the inbox into purgatory until you get round to deleting all the current conversations!  |

Well I like it blue, and had forgotten that it even existed tbh. I didn't end up with the onslaught of "I see you're online" messages that was foretold on previous threads, so I'm fairly sure others have stopped noticing it too. |

Nice ideas but feel the light blue circle was the wrong choice on a white blackground, the contrast isn't different enough.  will start effecting eyesight before long |

Yes this is the best suggestion of all. We keep the latest message but sometimes people will send a new one rather than reply so you have to lose chat history or keep both. One thread per profile would keep all chats to that person together. |

would you consider making a new veri, wink, look etc more noticeable. ..ie... Red tick?....I've not seen a few until after I got a message (which is very clear to see) asking why I hadn't responded.
Just a thought to help to prevent future confusions. |

We agree with this because you click on someone and it says they are in chat but unless you message them which in some cases you can't ie age bracket etc..it takes forever to find them and even then they may changed rooms to the rooms you have searched for them.. |

Sorry but a pic of the user/s with username on paper proves you are a couple not a single guy...get rid of that and any fecker can say they are a couple. like someone said that if you are not veried then you can't see people's pics and profile at all. Well that's if people have the bottle to put pics on because people say can't add pics for x amount of reasons. but them same people go on cam pmsl

Message volume goes silly because im shown as logged in.
I've activated all filters and just deleted every message. I've decided not to bother with the message/wink/friend request systems as they really aren't great.  |

Winks are a waste of time and come free up the bandwidth for another feature like on/off line..
Instant friend requests should be banned too.. A friend request should only be formatted once messages have been exchanged. |

I've said about this for what feels like forever. Ts and tg are given a bad name sometimes from the behaviour of some cds/tvs and that's one of the many reasons those things shouldn't be linked. Fab doesn't pay attention to important issues. A change of dot colour seems rather irrelevant with all the things I've seen others requesting over the years. Maybe one day things will change but in the years I've been on and off I can't say anything major really has x |

We need someone to check profiles more thorogh to find those who are homophobic or racist
And we need a system where there are day night and twilight mods online as well as a way to block people from seeing. Cam pics and profiles when they are blocked.
And a system that wont allow. Someone to copy and paste photos,to sell on. |

Nice to see ongoing changes being made and this is a good idea but as it's been said a few times...Green and blue are very close to each other especial in the tone that's used on here...more distinct would have been better. I have a small screen and I hadn't noticed it untill I saw the header of the alert in the feed....not the colour. |

I think the problem is with things like phones where the pictures can be stolen using screenshots. I agree though that it would a good idea, although I must admit that I do take screen shots of people's face pictures if they're attached to a message because if I or my other half read a message separately then the pictures disappear and we have to ask for them to be resent. Once we've both seen the face pics I delete them from my phone.

Great. So not only will we have the sneakys who turn off the 'show me on peoples looked at me page' and go noseing around they'll then be able go one step further and never be online. Ever. Admin, it's all well and good doing these tiny changes as they all go to improving the site, but please start listening to the voice of your customers. At the end of the day, that is where your revenue is coming from.
Tie up all the loose ends that you didn't finish off when you implemented the mobile site. Action all the requested changes that you've previously committed to look at and generally just give your members a bit of feedback.
If you don't have the technical expertise, outsource it or employ someone and we'll have a whip-round |

To stop the fake accounts with a female only or couple account can't you get the female to phone in to sort of prove they are genuine? I know another swinging site has this as part of its verification process |

I thought my eyes had gone funny when I saw the blue dot, then realised it had changed.
Be nice if there was a different symbol for cam or meet veri, instead of a tick for both.
Like the couple above said, an indication of which member of a couple is talking/online. |

Another idea. The option to be able to hide your profile to all but friends. If I chose to hide my profile I'd love the opportunity to still allow my friends to see my profile |

As I have said on numerous occasions, I'm not photo verified. What is it about this that would give people the impression I'm fake? Why should I be excluded from viewing or messaging "genuine" peeps? |

"We've made a couple of minor changes to the newsfeed:
* on mobile we've improved the spacing so it's a little less cramped
* the green "online now" dot has changed blue, to differentiate more from other "green stuff" e.g. veri tick
* we now show a small verification tick next to statuses, photos, meets etc. on the newsfeed so you can see if that person is verified without having to click through to profile

We don't want to block single males, just ones who are straight, we are interested in single men as long as they are bi or gay. |

A question for people insisting that admin 'do something' about fake profiles/read all profiles to out undesirables/require the female half of couples to phone in to prove they exist:
What compulsory monthly membership fee are you willi be accept to pay for the full-time staff that would be required to implement this?
Also, when you say 'do something' about the fakes, what exactly do you have in mind? |

Perhaps I should have said 'extra full-time staff'. I've no doubt the admin put a lot of work in, but the kind of verification processes some people seem to want would require far more staff than are currently available, and would have to be paid for. |

Only works if you're a site paying supporter.....as if you're no longer which I've decided it's not worth it anymore your previous messages are blanked out untill you pay up again.
Not really interested me who looked at me....Most were men or couples...so that was of no use.
messages tend to get deleted anyways...easy to remember what people say.. (harder if they've not face pic) But then if they don't show it ...mmmm less interest. |
