Yes, I'm home. It's coming up full wifi too but have to switch to 4G for fab  |

Ok, sorry i don't know anything that could fix that. You'll probably have to call your provider and ask them. |

Hack tip - for Iphones and Ipad, not sure if it works for Andriod stuff.
Go in to WiFi and find the link to the connection you are trying to get on. (i.e 'home wifi) click on the "i" symbol.then click on the numbers for the DNS server. change them to "8.8.8.8". Job done. it will get round most fire walls in place. |

It's also worth checking with a different Wifi connection, such as a friend's etc. I know we don't all want our friends to know we use fab, but it's worth a shot.
It at least would show that it's something upon that home wifi connection that is stopping it, rather than either the phone's wifi settings or the connection itself.
Have you turned it off and on again?  |
