Site supporter text number not working

I've been trying to upgrade my profile but the number isn't working I don't wanna pay more than £5 as I don't know if I'll be here longer than a couple months(50 days with silver) is it just me? Or has anyone else come across problems?

Texting, can you call via mobile or does it have to be by landlines?
