This is just a passing thought as my wife nonchalantly asked me if I new any sexy plumbers who could address the issue we're having with our boiler, unfortunately I don't but I noticed there are lots of sexy people on here
Just thought it would make some meet's interesting & less awkward by enquiring to some you are initially attracted too for there rates, location and availability, plus with it being a professional arrangement firstly, with the potential to something more intimate.....
I understand there's maybe a risk but the more I thought about it, surely it's the same as inviting a stranger out the yellow pages or Internet....
Thoughts... |

Going by the number of people that state on their profiles that they are or want to meet other "professionals" it sounds like a good idea as long as it's optional |

Thoughts..." . I would not want to disclose my occupation on my profile . When selecting tradesmen ,I prefer to use the relevant trades body to which they are affiliated or personal judgement . I would not want a tradesman from fabswingers looking around my house |

I don't really care what people do for a living. You could always write it on your profile if you want people to know what you do but it wouldn't be a box I'd choose to complete and if it was compulsory I'd use a generic job. |

A very popular woman on here actually fell out with me because I asked her what she did for work ,I had told her I was a carpenter first ,some people want to keep their private life private ,they don't want to know who you are they just want to fuck you then walk across the room and fuck somebody else |

"The amount of soldier, firemen and coppers would just quadruple over night if there was an occupation box on the profile, going by the 'wanna fuck a squaddie/fireman' messages I get "
I think you're very cynical if you think everyone would fib. Obviously I wouldn't be able to disclose mine since I had to sign the Official Secrets Act when I signed up to be a Special Agent, and we're not allowed to tell anyone.

I don't think it would be very good as it would be done in a public place and I'm sure doing it in water is very dangerous :-0 |

The word professional can mean the wrong thing to the wrong people.
It can mean you something for a living like the rest of the adult working population. This hardly sets you a part... great you get paid Errrr you're supposed to!! or Professional as in you're a doctor. Well it says so on your profile.. now prove it!!
It's just another tick box to be abused those trying to big themselves up.
You might as well have a tick box saying you wear a shirt and tie for work...and scam people when they're not looking....lol! But they're still a professional. |

My partner (before she was) got talking to a "plumber" to fix her loo and he left a trail of destruction and a loo in a worse state than it was.....and he was a crap shag....
So yes, lets have another field that people can lie about for their own agenda.... |

I wouldn't see much point in it myself. Either a thread for tradesfolk to state their business or putting up a meet request or thread when needing people in the trade would do the job just as well.
It's true that certain jobs can be handy for acting out certain fantasies but the amount of people who either wouldn't want the world knowing what they did, would lie about it or wouldn't be bothered either way would outnumber its useful applications.
If I desire a woman then I'll take great pleasure in fucking her regardless of her being a cleaner or a high court judge. |

"I'm an Astronaut.. I will be listed first "
I think not:
Aardvark Trainer here.
(Though admittedly the ladies seem to prefer someone who can take them to the moon and back, so you'd probably still do better than I would ) |

Well why not get the site to check your legal qualifications against the registered profession database, get it verified by the company secretary, a fax of the qualifications and get it signed by a doctor and barrister We simply can't have people on here that don't have a PHD..........Said no one!! |

My thoughts on this are that most people want or need discretion. I have told people I have met my job and some may guess.
A small minority of those who know what I do and I stress a small minority have asked me to do work for them, but expect me to do it for nothing. Even jobs that would cost me, to do them aside from the time taken.
While having the plumber in to plug a hole or an electrician to test a socket may sound good in fantasy, reality may be something different.
Offering goods or services for a fuck? Not really swinging is it? |
