the keep logged in tickbox does not appear to be working. Even after I have ticked it, I still have to login in each time. It has only just started doing this. No problem before.

Most likely this is:

If you're using private browsing on your browser, you won't be remembered

I am getting the same, have to log in every time.

Admin,

I am using a laptop, Google Chrome as the browser (Version 45.0.2454.93 m) in Windows 10 (though it was happening on Windows 8.1 too). Not private browsing, but maybe I should.

this is not being caused by private browsing. I am using IE 11 . It has always been fine up to now. It is something to do with the site itself x

To help us track this down:

Is it every time you close the browser window and re-open you have to login?

Or is it on a different time period?

Is it only on www or mobile too?

Thanks

when you close the fabswingers tab and then reload fabswingers again it takes you to the login page even though you had previously ticked to say keep logged in. As it happens I have discovered that even though it presents you with the login page by mistake if you click on 'my account' you will find that you are still logged in. Very strange !!!

What browser and how do you get to the site e.g. is it in favourites, doing a search, typing into google etc.

If clicking my account takes you to your account, you are definitely still logged in just however you are navigating to the site is taking you to the login page.

I have fabswingers on my favourites bar along with fabguys. This problem only occurs with fabswingers though. The fact that a number of people are experiencing the same problem in the forum suggests that something has gone wrong xx

This should be improved; if you arrive on the login page and you're already logged in you'll be redirected to the home page
