It's getting a bit boring now constantly Reading posts about is my profile ok, what am I doing wrong, why am I not getting meets! Isn't it about time you had a topic board titled profile suggestions/help so they are all in one place so people can actually read others post and get tips instead of having this topic posted every hour |

Yeah there is introductions but most people literally introduce them selfs on it not whine they aren't getting meets I think one topic called profile advice in the forum main page wouldn't be a horrible |

I've given feedback on a few profiles and enjoy helping someone out. Problem is, the vast majority (from what I've seen) don't post their profile for actual help, they just want people to look at them and hope someone messages them, bit of desperation.
They don't even come back and acknowledge anybody that helped them. So if they did get a new section they probably wouldn't post there as that's not their goal. Their goal is 'hey I want you to look at me but I'm too unimaginative to get you to look in the usual manner'. |

I thaught it could be a decent idea it's atleast worth a try it could stop the flood of topics on all other forum pages about the subject who knows if plenty of guys post in it eventually there will be enough advice given that others will just read them instead of making a new topic about it |

I think this would be a good idea.
At least if there are posts asking for advice then they can easily be referred to all the other posts in that forum with no need to use the search facility.
I also agree that the great majority of these posts seek attention not advice.
You can tell the genuine advice-seekers as they acknowledge suggestions made and a few actually take them on board...with a very tiny number actually getting meets as a result. |
