I havent yet become photo verified since i rejoined will do when i get camera sorted, but can ADMIN tell me who gets to see my pic is it only admin or is it the picture mods please

Photo-mods don't approve verification pics, they are a seperate class of admin (although some verification admins are also pic mods).
If concerned for any reason, you don't need to show your face, the PV page explains how.
