Choppy Webcam

Hi, hope someone can help. When I watch the new mobile webcams on here the image is very choppy and jerky. Does anyone know how I can solve this please. Thanks.

More than likely your broadband speed...or if on 3G etc their isn't enough bandwidth to keep up with the streaming requirements?

I'm on WiFi at the moment. But on 4g otherwise.

Is it just mobile webcams that are choppy and jerky?
