So do we but I foresee the woman looking in the mirror & then describing themselves as too fat.
The men on the other hand look in the mirror & in spite of a humungous beer belly imagine they are a fit, toned hunk of man flesh.
Think we will stick to photos.

There also seems to be a lot of confusion over some of the 'sizes'
Not that Curvy or Fabulous are actually sizes ffs. Curvy defines a shape not a size.
Fabulous - well, my interpretation was is from it's use in fashion in the late 80's and early 90's to describe the larger lady and was all about feeling 'fabulous' about their size. This seems to have passed the younger generation by though and so a young, say 25 year old, size 10-12 might describe herself as fabulous (nothing wrong in that) - but of course either could be misinterpreted. |

Good idea if the descriptions were explained and people put the correct one down. Large can mean a lot of excess fat or a 6ft woman with average fat. I'm large because I'm fat. Ample didn't seem to be understood. Also athletic is debatable for some people. |

maybe an option where you can untick the options that don't suit you then. Then it doesn't matter so much about the blurred lines of the definitions. |

No I don't, its been discussed before and what you might describe someone as, they might see differently. People have pictures on their profile so you can decide for yourself whether you want to meet them or not |
