Nailed it! Ok how about a post for profile advice saying the usual things like...

More photos, not cock pictures but clear body/face pics.

Attend a social event to get verified.

Increase your profile text.

Say what you like/have to offer.

Explain why you can't accommodate.

Then admins can refer people there and delete the threads making for a cleaner site
