It simply could be several people still writing a post just as the 175 limit is breached
And then when they hit post, they all appear on the thread after the 175 limit
I can see people having the reply in forum page open and then posting after limit is beached but sitting in the reply page for a while - I can't see that happening
I suppose if you looked at the times when the 'past limit' posts were posted it would tell you if its people posting at the same time or over a longer period
Anyway I cahr beleive I went into so much depth on this one - wish my train would hurry up |

It is a game for some to get the last post in on the fun threads.
If it is a serious thread it could be they are already typing their reply out when it got shut so that will still go through |
