Can't log on

My wife and I have two profiles one for meeting couples and dom sub fun and the other for organising gb parties. We cannot get on the gb parties profile. It saying it does not recognise the profile name or password. Despite that we have been using that profile and password for a number of years. How do I reach the tech people to ask them to look into this?
