It would be useful if there were flags next to usernames to indicate your interaction with them.
Such as:
B blocked
H Hot list
F Friend list
W» you winked
«W winked you
«W»winkfest
K White Knight list
You get the idea 
I would appear as
Mr. Marmite W»BK |

I know that, just thought it might help those who struggle with keeping track of username changes or those who frequently change their avatar.
With the block though, if you don't know someone has blocked you, but inadvertently start to chat with them, you can be accused of trying to circumnavigate blocks, resulting in a ban.

You'll only get banned for getting round blocks if you specifically use the forum to do it,such as why have you blocked me you fu**er?
