Is it possible to make a choice where you get all people online in your search, rather than UK, Ireland, Canada seperate, where you can choose all?

You do make sense.
That's not possible at the moment (although if you switch countries with the drop down at the top you can see the other online lists)
But we'll look into making it happen in a future update
