Any chance we can have a filter that stops unverified (by meeting) members from contacting us?? I'm sick of them just 'taking a chance'' that I'll change my mind and make an exception just for them ... It's driving me mad tbh. Thanks. |

Hard to get a verification with this kind of attitude  iv been her just over a month now and nobody even answers, how is anybody supposed to get verified? |

Get yourself to organised socials, there seem to be plenty around, check the meets and events section. Can get many in one night usually and make some good contacts for the future. |

If two unverifieds meet, they cant verify one another until they have been verified by a verified ! This has happend to a mate of mine. He says if he attempts to "verify genuine" he gets the "for verified users only. How does he overcome that ? If i verify him, he will be stuck with a "verified by a man" badge ! |

Everybody has to start somewhere and good advice about socials. Also try clubs and parties, get yourself out there and don't expect people to come running to you. |

Why does it matter if people are verified or not! Some people have loads of veri's and choose not to show them.. as for those not verified maybe they have had meets just with other unverified or matbe just joined but have had lots of meets on other sites... as for the get to clubs, socials ect... not everyone whats to go to clubs ect... maybe some people just like the intimate play at home or their socials in a pub ect.. unverifieds less likely to turn up? Maybe so, in which case ask them to come to you, that way you have wasted nothing! Personal opinion only. |

I don't think they're being smug at all. Is having a preference as to who they meet smug? Its another filter for females especially who must get lots of mail. It must take a lot of guts as a single woman to meet a stranger from an adult site so why shouldn't she be able to filter unverified people ? As someone else pointed out, socials are a great way of getting verified and if women are more happy knowing someone is verifed by reading what others have said about them then good for her. |

If he's just a mate then verify him as such. My first veri was from a female friend. Just tell him to display the veri and then no one will think it says 'he bent over and took it like a champ'  |

My reasons for wanting this is because it's my choice and my preference of what I am looking for.
I find that I'm constantly having to go through the whole crap shoot of explaining why I don't only to have moaning and whining of people about why they can't get a verification and that I should ignore why I choose this (personal safety primarily) and take their world that they are really great, reliable and not a mass murderer etc etc etc.
This site is all about choice and preference and mine is not to meet those who aren't verified and not get grief over my preference both in messages or in forums etc.
Bloody hell all I asked for was an extra filter not world peace. |

Which is fine, your reasoning is a little amiss... safety?? Take more precautions.. never meet in private make sure someone either escorts you to the meeting point and waits, let someone know you have an account and instruct them. Be really careful. I dont blame you for that at all but really verifications is that all |

I was introduced to swinging by a male friend who asked me to go to a club with him. I enjoyed it so have continued. I came on fab after that initial visit so veris were not the main thing to get meets. For OP to think about - are you a swinger? Or just easy sex? If you really fancy swinging try a club. If you want sex there's easier web sites. Have fun  |

To be honest all I wanted was the chance of a separate button to filter out those members of fab who aren't meet verified without any hassles etc., nothing more nothing less just something helpful to me and I'm sure other members.
I feel like I am having to justify my personal preferences to suit others and that's really not on.
Yes live and let live agreed but I am frequently asked to make exceptions to my choices to suit others in messages which is why I asked over the possibility of the extra filter. |

Well said, it wasn't an unreasonable request, I'm sure many would use it and equally those that don't mind. Maybe it would encourage more people to go to socials and get meet verified, be proactive. No one should have to justify their personal preferences, people should respect them.

Exactly, so hard to find genuine ppl on here as a new ish profile ourselves, without the established profiles cutting us out completely. How do you get a meet verify, if no one who is verified will meet you?! |
