Can admin reduce the frequency at which the system self deletes?....

I don't login everyday....I am a Gold site supporter and I know I've had mail because I get an email notification.

4 messages have been deleted in 2/3 days since I last logged ffs!

Can admin please REDUCE the frequency at which the system self-clears.

I've asked this before.

they should imo stay for a month, people go on holiday, or could be ill in hospital where these sites could have a block

The site doesn't auto delete messages that we are aware of.... we have got mail sitting in our mail box from 3 weeks ago.

They do delete some mails as explained here

It does if you haven't opened/read them.

Unless some fucking weird shit is going?....

Never happened to me.....not that I'm aware of anyway....

They do drop off the bottom of the list of about 100 as new ones come in.

Definitely..

I have older read messages, but anything unread is disappearing at 3 weeks..

Same with me. I took 3 weeks out and came back to an empty mailbox. We all know that's just ridiculous

They do auto delete if they remain unread for a while

Your lucky then I lost internet connection and couldn't log in for 5 weeks all my messages were gone some had for a year. Right p'd off
