Hi Robert, Thanks for taking time to answer, I have spotted the asterisk , but when I need one you have to troll though the list of chatroom user to find one, who could be in any of the 15 chatrooms which takes to much time, allowing the offending user to escape. .connie xx |

People employ various ways of tracking us down - add mods to your hotlist so you can send them a message - that works as long as messages are checked.
However, if you see offenders then report their profile. It will be checked by Admin, maybe not immediately, but the offenders will receive the same sanction as if a mod was in the room.

"If you cant find a mod use the report user option. This is also useful if you find a mod but they are already busy in a room. "
hi we/i do use the report button, but many of the altercations need to be stopped in their tracks, people are easily intimidated and leaving the room, so the twats win..connie xx |

hi westy my fav list is full of mods, but to find one when the argument starts take time and when by the time a mod has arrived the troll has gone quiet or left the room, my suggestion is to list the room mods at the top of the list, so you can get pop in it find one ,and not have to troll the lists. of rooms..connie xx |
