If they have mailed you, you can use the block button on there.

Yes. They're looking at our profile and spreading rumours (incorrect ones I must say).

It isn't that they're mailing us. They have blocked us then they can unblock and read our profile, then block us again.

Manually add their name to your block list...then I would report them
