Verified accounts using stolen pics

I noticed an account that has been verified by other members. Yet the pics have been stolen from other people on facebook, twitter and even youtube. One of the people is fairly well known in the online gaming community and lives in the USA. Another is a make up artiest who lives in India. Surely if this member is truly genunine, they wouldn't need to be stealing pics. So should be treated just like a fake who just makes a profile with stolen pics. Not be given the benefit of the doubt, just because the account has been verified. |

Have you reported the profile, or reported the photo's? Let Admin know and they will deal with it. |

Not that I don't agree with you but some people don't take this site very seriously we know a couple who have been swinging for years, they are very geuine but only really meet at clubs and friends they know but I've seen them put up stolen pics when I asked him about it he just laughed and said who cares I was bored. |

Report the profile and pics last week, even sent them links. But nothing done, pics still there. Reported them again today. If the pics I are still there, might even email the original owners of the pics. Then see what admin does when the owners contact about stolen pics. |

Report it to the police as there is legislation that covers this issue?

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.
******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).
Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.
Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:
