Same here, mobile site works fine and can get the desktop site on my phone, but can't get to the site on my laptop using either IE or Firefox.

Also, I can only get on the mobile site using 4G, if I switch on my phone's wifi or try using my tablet wifi I can't get to the site.

Same here. Can't get on via main adsl connection, only mobile on 4G.

ISP is plusnet if that helps see if there is a common problem?

I logged on last night and this morning on tablet but cannot enter the chat room - it just says page not available when I try. I get the full version of the site not the mobile version.

We had a DNS issue last night, it's OK now but some ISPs may have cached. If you try restarting your wireless router it often causes a refresh

Still not working for us this morning. Have to access via 4g/mobile. Seems the site uses a content delivery network proxy? Is the issue related to that service?
