We had a slight hitch with our latest pic, so I used the contact link. Not only was the issue sorted really quickly (considering it was the middle of the night), but this morning we received a really nice email from Admin letting us know it was sorted.
It was a really nice touch, totally unexpected, and just underlined the value this site offers.

In the time I have been a member of this site, (which seems like forever) I have found Admin to be fair, efficient and quick to respond.
They are sometimes called, by folk who think only their own opinion matters, however Admin have to be even handed and consider both parties.  |

I should have put derided not called. I meant people who expect as they have made a complaint, that another member should be banned on their word alone. |
