How about a 2 strikes and you're out kind of thing? Time and time again I see people complaining about no-shows, people not looking like they should and stuff like that..
So how about every member or every new member up to a certain time limit have a strike next to their name for a no show or whatnot so people know.
Obviously it could be abused by some people so every strike needs to be looked into or something along those lines?
It's just an idea that popped into my head but might be a way of ing out the fakes with a little tinkering and some work... |

Think it would cost us all a hell of a lot more than our usual subscription if fab needed to employ admin to investigate all that love. Wouldn't work. Often or not, it's one persons word against another's anyway plus there's that many jealous/ trouble causing folk on here that we'd probably all be kicked off haha. Sad but true... Best just to block them yourself and move the hell on. Too many really wonderful people to be bothered by the swingers who try to spoil it x |

Youve hit the nail on the head here, it could and would be abused and what about people who are no shows for genuine reasons?
Another problem is it would need to be monitored by people and given the number of arranged meets which dont happen you would need hundreds of moderators plus if you say banned people for no shows etc they would just create new profiles |

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.
******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).
Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.
Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:

A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.

This would take too long and would be impractical. Do you really think that the site resources would investigate who was at fault for a no show?What if there are some psycho's in here that just got the arse to you. You would soon be on the blacklist even if you did nothing wrong.It would end up like a school playground....A said this and B said that.
My rules for a meet are firstly a phone number and secondly a face picture. I gladly offer each in return and when I don't get either, then I know that there will be no meet. |

I met a members fb last week at his request but because he was such a knob she told me to tell him we didnt meet up because he told her it was going to b some1 she new we had sex but hes now blocked me so if 2 strikes were here id be fucked. |

. It is really up to members to carry out their own risk assessment of how likely a perspective meet is to turn up. . Or maybe have a section which ensures that your meet will turn up or if they fail to do so a replacement is guaranteed. To cover costs maybe charge a £100 admin fee to vet each meet . Probably cheaper to do your own risk assessment |
