I've not made any suggestions, constructive, destructive or otherwise for a long long time, but a thought just passed through my normally empty head and I thought I'd share it with you ...
On other forums that I've visited, they have the facility to make threads 'sticky' which means they always stay at the top of the list and usually have an icon associated with them to attract attention. A handy feture to reinforce rules or draw atention to important stuff without the need to 'Bump'
This could be a useful feature on here -
